This Sommelier Collection includes some of the world's rarest and most prized teas. Each harvest season we search for a few exceptional lots. These teas represent the highest quality offered by a garden or estate and are limited in quantities.
This is a great opportunity to sample a large variety of classic teas from all categories - white, green, oolong, black and pu-erh. Information on brewing and tasting techniques will be included. The first shipment contains your own professional tea tasting set and tea scoop and timer and the first two teas along with relevant source information.
