This highly prized tea is lightly oxidized, a deep green colour that is very tightly rolled. It is a very patient tea which releases just a little bit more each time you steep it. Clean and delicate with lovely floral notes. 6 -8 short infusions

Brewing: water 6 oz. 195F / leaves - generous teaspoon / steeping - 1-2 mins. Hint: Best brewed in a gaiwan doing multiple short infusions. Give the tea a quick rinse before brewing to 'wake up' the leaves.
